Hey, I'm Megan!

From my early days in early childhood education as a teacher to directing programs, consulting, and mentoring - I've always had a knack for organization. I thrived as the go-to person for setting up efficient systems in programs that often lacked them.

Driven by a passion for optimizing how educational centers operate and nearly 20 years of ECE experience, I transformed my skills into solutions. Now, through Level Up ECE, I share these strategies with ECE professionals, empowering you to enhance and streamline your program with ease!

Why I Started

Level Up ECE

Over the years in Early Childhood Education, I kept running into the same issue—there just wasn’t a system out there that could fully organize and streamline everything in a way that actually worked for my program. Whether it was keeping documents in order, or managing operations, nothing quite fit. That’s why I created Level Up ECE. I needed something that could pull everything together in one place and make life easier for ECE professionals like us. It’s about more than just surviving the day-to-day—it’s about creating a program that thrives.

Fun Fact!

I’m the inventor behind two US patents (US 9,775,390 and USD 791,430). I’m always on the lookout for ways to solve everyday problems!

Back in 2014, I created WashBands, wrist towels that keep water from running down your arms while washing your face. They were a fun passion project that took off, and while there are knockoffs now, nothing beats the original!
